Carolyn Demefack is a Senior Instructional Designer with Montclair State University. She has over fifteen years of experience as an educator and brings extensive experience leveraging technology and multimedia to enhance learning. Her work focuses on the design, development and management of adult education in online, hybrid, and face-to-face programs. She is dedicated to developing learning environments that meet the needs of diverse learners, encourage critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration and reflection. She leads online faculty development initiatives, facilitates training and provides one-on-one support. She brings experience applying a wide variety of instructional design methodologies and learner-centered pedagogical approaches to media-rich learning environments. Carolyn has an MA in Educational Communications and Technology from the NYU Steinhart School of Education.
